Construction conditions:
1. Clean the substrate surface
2. Spray via either automatic coating line or manual spray gun
3. Air-dry or bake at temperatures not exceeding 180°C
for glass parts baked at 175-180°C for 15-20 minutes
for plastic parts baked at 60-70°C for 30 minutes
Formulation
1. Primer
1) add KRM001+paste/dye+adhesion promotor+water
2) after spraying, bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes to surface dry(mix thoroughly before
spraying,omit color if not required)
2. Add soft touch paint + 15% hardner (mix thoroughly)
3. Depending on the application condition, add 15%-20% either water or alcohol(mix
thoroughly, filter with a mesh screen. adjust the ratio as needed)
4. For special color or high-concentration dye or cold weather, use alcohol for dilution
Precautions
1. Avoid excessive paint flow from the spray gun
2. Store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. Seal containers tightly after
opening.
3. Avoid cross-contamination between water-based and solvent-based paint
4. Paint mixed with adhesion promotor should be used on the same day
5. Always add paste/dye first before adding water(adding water is the last step)
