Preparation:
Varnish KRM-001(for gloss)
Varnish KRM-004(for matte)
Solid color paste SJ-019 (white)
Solid color paste SJ-054 (ultra black)
Dye K-3032 (black -blue phase)
Dye K-3033(red)
Dye SJ-058(sky blue)
Agent R-7034(adhesion promotor, add 3% of all paints)

Procedures:
1. Formulation Making
Clear varnish KRM-001 50g, add 17g of solid color paste SJ-019, stir thoroughly and evenly, add
15g either water or alcohol (alcohol preferably), stir thoroughly and evenly, add 1.5g of agent
R-7034, stir thoroughly and evenly.
2. Filter
To use 200 mesh filter screen
3. Standing
Let the paint stand for 15 minutes
4. Spray
To spray either manually or automatically
5. Level out
Leveling out after spraying for 2-3 minutes.
6. Heat
Put in the oven for 20 minutes with a temperature of 175-180℃
Please stir three times as instructed. Water or alcohol can not be added before solid color paste.
To spray sample 2 below
Procedures:
1．Formulation Making
Clear varnish KRM-001 50g, add 3g of red dye K-3033, add 0.5g of black dye K-3032, stir
thoroughly and evenly, add 15g either water or alcohol (alcohol preferably), stir thoroughly and
evenly, add 1.5g of agent R-7034, stir thoroughly and evenly.
2．Filter
To use 300 mesh filter screen
3．Standing
Let the paint stand for 15 minutes
4．Spray
To spray either manually or automatically
5．Level out
Leveling out after spraying for 2-3 minutes.
6．Heat
Put in the oven for 20 minutes with a temperature of 175-180℃

thoroughly and evenly, add 15g either water or alcohol (alcohol preferably), stir thoroughly and
evenly, add 1.5g of agent R-7034, stir thoroughly and evenly.

To use 300 mesh filter screen
3．Standing
Let the paint stand for 15 minutes
4．Spray
To spray either manually or automatically
5．Level out
Leveling out after spraying for 2-3 minutes.
6．Heat
Put in the oven for 20 minutes with a temperature of 175-180℃

If the finished color is too dark or too light compared to the original sample, you can change the
volume of solid color paste and dye accordingly.
