These defects are generally caused by excessive preheating of the bottle, an inadequate thinning ratio leading to high viscosity, or the paint drying too quickly.
How to resolve orange peel and blistering?
Solution: Reduce the preheating temperature and increase the thinning ratio. If the issue persists, you may add 5%–10% slow-drying thinner.
