Product Performance

Excellent Hardness & Durability

The cured coating film can achieve a pencil hardness of ≥ 2H, providing good scratch resistance, wear resistance, and impact resistance. The dense film structure helps maintain long-term surface protection.

Good Chemical & Weather Resistance

The coating provides resistance to common substances encountered during daily handling and cleaning, including alcohol, oil stains, acids, and alkalis. It also offers good resistance to UV exposure and yellowing, helping maintain the appearance and performance of the coating film.

Smooth & Decorative Finish

Excellent leveling provides a smooth and uniform coating surface with good gloss and color consistency. Gloss levels can be adjusted according to application requirements, making the coating suitable for different decorative effects.

Strong Adhesion

The cured coating provides stable adhesion to the glass substrate and can pass cross-cut adhesion testing, helping reduce the risk of coating peeling during handling and use.

Application Process

1. Spraying
   Spray the UV coating evenly onto the prepared glass bottle surface.
2. Pre-Baking
   Pre-bake the coated glass at 50–60°C for several minutes to remove residual solvents and prepare the coating for UV curing.
3. UV Curing
   Pass the pre-baked glass through a UV curing machine. The coating rapidly cures under UV light to form the final durable coating film.
4. Quality Inspection
   Check the cured coating for appearance, adhesion, hardness, and other required performance characteristics before proceeding to production.
