R-7091 Adhesion Promotor

Description

This needs to be diluted with 50% alcohol, then add 3% of R-7034.

R-7091 is an adhesion promoter (interface agent). It solves adhesion issues on certain glass bottles—such as those with broken glass flow lines or contaminated with mold release oil—where paint normally cannot adhere or be sprayed.

By diluting with 50% alcohol and then adding 3% of our R-7034 additive, mixing well, and applying a thin primer spray, the adhesion problem can be resolved. After this pretreatment, subsequent coating can be applied normally without issues.
